I know this photo has nothing at all to do with jewelry except that I absolutely love the colors in this photo. I took this last year in upper state New York and it was a day much like today....incredible blue sky, red and yellow leaves, orange pumpkins. How could your eyes not feast on the amazing colors of the earth!! The gemstones that would imitate these hues would include the bright orange Mexican opal, the blue topaz, the red and yellow sapphires and rubies. Have fun with the colors of the season...wear them in long chains or dangle earrings.....tease your senses!!
